COMMUNITY EVENTS
Community is big for us. With great joy and good humor, we bring our TOSOS family together at social events like our annual galas, free play readings, and holiday parties. We discuss and debate the art we showcase — to learn from each other and build respect and understanding — and have lots of laughs and rock out to some sweet tunes!

Join Staff & Company Members and March in the Annual

in Sunnyside, Queens on March 6 at 1pm!
The parade that started in 2000 as a response to LGBTQIA+ people being denied access in other city parades* is celebrating its return to a LIVE march, with an all-inclusive lineup that includes everyone
who wants to participate!
TOSOS will march for the fourth time, and our members and friends are invited to join us behind our company banner: you can dress in green, pin on a green carnation, show your knees in your kilt, and wave pride & Irish flags. And afterward, join the throng that gathers at bars and pubs in Woodside for food and drink, traditional music, and general merriment.
*Staten Island still refuses to let LGBTQIA+ groups march in its parade

Our annual holiday party is always a smash! This year, we gathered together at The Flea Theater to celebrate the season, TOSOS, and our family of artists and patrons with food, drink, and special musical guest, TOSOS sound designer, Morry Campbell, on the guitar!
Our 2021 Gala was held on November 11th, and brought us fun, food, and fellowship with TOSOS staff, board members, and supporters, culminating in presenting the TOSOS Honors to Robin and Steve Kaufman!
